Cake of polenta to lemon, coconut & raspberries
Still a small receipt sweetened containing polenta! This corn semolina of which I raffole and who resist many extravagances. 
My chouchoute in a cake, they is at the same time marrowy and goûteux. Ingredients (for 1 cake using fleshjack

- 300 soft white cheese gr.
- 50 butter gr.
- 150 sugar gr.
- 3 eggs
- 4 lemons (including at least 1 untreated for the peel)
- About fifteen raspberry
To preheat the furnace with 160°C.
