Marrowy croquettes with chicken, zucchinis & tarragon Recycling of the chicken remainders

Ingredients:

Powders almonds and Parmesan (to bread the croquettes)
Some sheets of tarragon

To put the bread to be soaked in the poultry bubble. Or in milk if you prefer.
To wash and grate zucchinis. 
To peel and émincer shallots. To make return in a frying pan the tube masturbation sleeve a little olive oil. - 15 carambars

- 75 gr. of brown sugar
- Forty pruned whole almonds

- 150 black chocolate gr. with 64%
- 30 butter gr.

To preheat the T6 furnace (180°C)
