Ingredients for 6 ramequins:
35 Cl of whole liquid cream
15 milk Cl
1 C with C of natural vanilla flavour
3 egg yolks
30 sugar gr.
100 gr. of chestnut puree sweetened
80 black chocolate gr. with cocoa 64%

To preheat the furnace with 140°C with a dish with Marie bath filled with water.

Zucchini fritters to the chick-pea flour & coriandre
